It worked for my battery.

Man a while back I would have to get a 1st party charger which would cost an arm and a leg. This works just as good plus it's not nearly as bulky as the old one for a whole lot less. I Definitely Recommend!

Wife lost/misplaced her Canon charger for her 5 yr. old digital camera she uses regularly at work and for our pet dogs. This charger a bit bulkier and seems to take a bit longer to fully charge but it does have the green light to show when charging complete, the tuck away prongs, and just as easy to use as the original charger. Good value too!

I put the battery in the charger and I waited a couple hours. When I went to put the battery in the camera, the camera did not turn on. What a waste of money.
