Moka pot appears to be well constructed and the handle does not become hot and thus is easy to handle.

What a prize!! It’s very pretty (love the color) and I really like the wooden handle; doesn’t get hot on the stove.

I would recommend buying this moka. I have used it every day for months and it makes great espresso.

It leaks at the seal and makes a mess, but it is not a $500 espresso machine. It is better as a gift as it looks great. Buy paper towels for the mess

Reviewing after 1 month of use:Purchased this after reading other reviews and it’s a solid four out of five.Performance wise, it’s great.However, I got the cream color to match my kitchen and it stained upon first use. It leaks when poured which contributes to the staining.If you can get past that, it’s a great coffee/espresso maker!

The coffee brewed in this percolator is delicious. We were even able to switch to the cheapest coffee, it just comes out tasting that good. Everyone you go to pour though, a steady stream comes out the middle where the two parts twist together. We’ve tried several things. It leaks about a shot glass worth of coffee every time without fail. We’ve taken to trying to tightening it in excess to try to prevent the leaking, but it’s nearly impossible to take apart now. One solid month with this thing, and we‘ve moved on. Bought another percolator from another brand to try.
