Sir/Ma'am, the item i received is too large for me, so I had requested return of the same and refund...but still no one has come to collect the item, nor have I received my refund... kindly look into this matter

Quality is good but it shrink after one wash

I liked the slip only for one reason that it's colour shade 'Exactly' matches with my kurti.Cons:- 1. The size mentioned is not correct. First I ordered 'L' size (Bust 42 as per their size chart) but when I measured it, it was only 40 (plz refer the images I attached). Then I had to exchange with size XL. Now it's better.2. The fabric could have been better.3. If the manufacturer improve its shoulder straps width, it will become the first choice of ur customers. Straps should be little broader than the current one. Personally I m not happy with its narrow straps.This review is to help other buyers & manufacturer for the improvement. 👍😊
