CLIF BLOKS Energy Chews 7-Flavor Variety: One 2.12 oz Package Each in a BlackTie Box (7 Items Total)

When on a recent Grand Canyon trip, the guides used these Clif gummies for hikers/rowers who were overheated and needed electrolytes. Now back home in humid, hot Louisiana, I decided to try them when hiking or cycling and find that they really do help with energy and electrolyte levels. I have enjoyed the variety of flavors in the box. A couple flavors have 2x Sodium (great for extra sweaty days) and a couple flavors have caffeine added. I'm not a caffeine drinker so I don't really care about that much and haven't tried those flavors yet. I like that the package is easy to open when cycling, and also that I can eat just a couple of the gummies if I don't want the entire package (unlike a gel pack). I plan to buy another box when this box runs out.

These work great for long rides. However, their optimal is each bar is used at different times of the ride. Planned well these are fierce.

Have been using these for a few years and I can’t rave about them enough. They have a great selection of tasty flavors and so the job, give you a burst of energy or keep you going. I use these for running, hiking and more!

Expensive but very effective and useful on a long hike or run. Note the different types: some with extra sodium, some with extra caffeine.

This product arrived quickly and as expected. I was happy with the variety of energy chews. Used some of them 2 days after I got them. And trust me, it helped with my half marathon.

I love these blocks! I use them when training for and running my half marathons. This box gave a variety of all my favorite flavors!
