I’ve had this wok for a few months now, and I can honestly say it’s the best one I’ve ever used. The nonstick surface is fantastic, food just slides right off, and cleanup is super easy. It heats up quickly and evenly, and I love that it works perfectly on my induction cooktop. The handle stays cool even when the pan gets really hot, which is great when I’m doing high-heat stir-frying. It just feels solid and well made.What really sold me, though, is the lifetime warranty. It’s rare to see a company back their product like that, and it gave me confidence in the purchase. I’ve used it for everything from stir fries to searing meat, and it handles it all like a pro. Even after repeated use, it still looks and performs like new. If you’re looking for a reliable, high quality wok that will last, this is 100% worth it.

I’m slowly converting all of my pans over to hex clad because of the tremendously great quality. It’s nonstick but does not have any of the nasty chemicals that are in Teflon, etc. They have a nice heavy weight to them. They are dishwasher safe. You can use metal utensils with them. They wash up like a dream. Totally 100% happy with every hex clad skillet, griddle, wok, etc., that I have bought.

Great pan sturdy heats very evenly. Nice nonstick surface well worth the extra money.

We were hesitant to purchase bc of the price, but this wok, pot, frying pan, bowl has been the best kitchen utensil purchase we’ve made in a long time. It’s gorgeous, has the perfect weight so as not to be so heavy I dread using it (like LeCreuset) and not light and flimsy like many cheap pots and pans. I absolutely love using this! I’ve been using it every day since we purchased it and bc of the craftsmanship, durability, even cooking and quick clean up we’ve decided to purchase the entire Hexclad set. My husband and I went back & forth with me wanting the 12” and him saying just get the 14”— I gave in and purchased the 14” and I’m so glad I did! I use this as a large bowl as well. It’s gorgeous, functional and truly is high quality. On a side note: we are not Gordon Ramsay fans and my husband was actually annoyed at how much we love this bc he really can’t stand him (I couldn’t care less) — but even my hubby admitted that Ramsay endorses a great product. We’re sorry we didn’t pick up the entire set during their Black Friday sale but we will purchase their largest set as soon as they go on sale again. Really can’t recommend this cookware highly enough. Fabulous! I cannot believe I’m so excited over cookware! Lol! I suddenly feel so old! But if you’re on the fence about this, I strongly recommend buying bc you’ll get a lot of use out of it and it’s a beautifully made, solid piece.

Typical Hexclad quality, outstanding! No stick, manageable weight, great heat retention, and a fairly reasonable price. Hexclad is not cheap but it has amazing cookware, you get what you pay for. I am gradually replacing my major utensils;s.

This is an incredible pan. Heats up great and easy to clean. I wanted to try this brand. I will be buying more.

I like the size and there is no sticking. My only problem is the weight. Woks are nice when lighter since it is often lifted off the fire to stir the ingredients of the pan. However, this wok probably weighs twice as much as my last one and isn't easy to use one handed for long.

I loved this wok when I first got it. It quickly became my favorite – I even bought three in different sizes, kept one for myself and gave the others as gifts. Cooking with it was a joy for the first few months. Food slid around easily, heat distribution was solid, and it felt like a high-quality product.I’ve taken great care of it too – no metal utensils, no abrasive scrubbers, always cleaned and stored properly. But even with all that, after about a year, the nonstick surface started to degrade. Food sticks now, and it’s frustrating to cook with. You can see it clearly in the photo.For the price, I expected better durability. I wanted to believe in “you get what you pay for,” but in this case, it turned out to be a disappointment. Great short-term performance, but not built to last.
