Still loving this caffeine-free pre. I use it on days when I hit the gym in the evening and don’t want it to mess with my sleep. It gives a good pump and focus without any jitters or crash. Plus it mixes well and the flavor’s solid too.

Holy crap, the pump is unreal. This is super helpful especially during a cut. It gave me that edge to give it that “one more rep”. I’ve tried other no stem pres but they don’t seem to work for me, I’m glad this one does!!

the taste is kind of mid (strawberry lemonade) definitely has that powdery taste but its decent. energy is definitely there and would recommend to friends. 4/5

Doesn’t taste very good

This stuff is awesome! I have a heart condition, and absolutely cannot handle any stimulants. I’ve been in the gym working out daily and really wanted something that i could incorporate for my muscle strength and energy, but wouldn’t jack my heart rate too high. This stuff does the trick! It tastes really good, dissolves and mixes really well, and it gives me a great amount of energy and stamina. Highly recommend!

I’ve never been so tired in my life. Does not give you a surge never kicks in I got it on sale for $17 and I can tell you I would never pay $30 for this product.I workout at 4am so the preworkout is a must but this is no energy item. Also tastes like children’s cough medicine.
