Not a practical dumbbell bar to use at all
The thread gap where the plastic screws go are extremely small. The screws are very tight. You have to spend 2-3 minutes to remove and apply weights to one side of one dumbbell bar. Not practical at all. Definitely a NO BUY. It is a waste of time. I purchased this item and got it abroad through my friend, and I am unable to return it. Very bad experience.
