I am actually .... pleasantly surprised with how small this is! I just needed something to keep my emergency anxiety meds in, which are ITTY BITTY. The quality of the little fob is fantastic, no rough edges and it looks like legit titanium. Lightweight as the description says. And I don't have to worry about a thin little ring that will eventually break off like my last one. It gives me peace of mind to know I have my medication on me when I leave the house. I can even keep a couple of spares of my daily pills in case I forget to take 'em!Edit: After well over a month of regular carry, I wanted to update to say the seal has held up well to regular showering, with no water leakage at all! The one downside I've noticed is that with regular wear, the pills tend to get tossed around and sort of 'erode' into a powder. To prevent this, I took a tiny piece of cotton and put it in the bottom of the vial, then added the pills, then put another piece of cotton overtop the pills. This keeps them from bumping around and breaking apart. This is not an issue unique to this pill fob, but I figured I'd share this protip.

It's pretty small. Works well for the pills I need to carry. It can even fit one larger capsule shaped pill. But it's not going to fit most tablet shaped pills like ibuprofen or something.Attractive, small enough and durable enough to keep on my keychain so I always have it on me. Seems to seal well and has a small gasket, but I haven't tested it submerged in water. Definitely would be enough for just incidental exposure like holding it out in the rain maybe even the shower.

Chain is good length , light and good quality. The tubular holder perfect , comes with extra gaskets

I use this for my nitroglycerin and some small aspirins. It holds enough and it is waterproof with the silicon seal on it. Good heavy chain to hold it also.

This is built very well, and I love the rounded edges. I chose this over a smaller one due to the rounded edges as opposed to a flat bottom, which if I lay on it, or get hit there, may leave an impression in my chest. My two complaints are that it is (1), way too large for nitro pills and (2), the neck chain is a few inches too short. Other than that the threads never come undone by themselves, and I have not tested the waterproofing of it.

The design is flawless and has a smooth touch. Very useful to store small items the needs to capsulated pill, emergency mints, whatever you need. For the price, it comes in handy!

This is a great pill holder and is everything advertised. However, one major CAUTION. It was not allowed on plane in Egypt because it looks too much like a bullet. I had to remove it and put it in my luggage.

Very nice design, strong, and ultra lightweight. Came with a couple extra silicone O-rings. Chain is fairly short but very well designed for strength.The only downside to this is the pill cavity is small so it only holds about 3 low-dose aspirins.
