Great product, Great Service.
These are great bottles, and at a very good price. They are sturdy and meet our needs just right. We make ginger beer and probiotic drinks in them, so they have to take the fermenting pressure, which they do very well.One was broken from shipment when it arrived. I wrote Rob and he sent another one. I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Came mostly broken, the seals are not good enough.
Bottles were broken upon receipt. Insecure, inadequate packaging. Seals are too thin and the caps slide around too much.

Right height
I specifically chose these bottles for kombucha because of their height: all other 32 oz bottles on Amazon are too tall for my fridge so I end up needing to lie them down. These bottles are fatter and short enough so they can all stand up.Less 1 star because of the caps and gaskets: out of the box they don't hold much pressure. I found that all the plastic caps have casting burrs that probably cause gas to leak out, and the gaskets are not that good (they stick to the glass and don't perform as well as replacements I had to buy). Solution is to shave off the plastic burrs, and replace the gaskets with silicone ones (you can find 100 for $10 here). Now the bottles work just fine.

3 of 12 Bottles were broken.
The ones that weren’t broken seem okay but disappointed that we got a box of broken glass.

from"Packaging For You"- no caps - useless
from "Packaging For You". Bottles arrived unbroken. I noticed 2 extra pieces of cardboard in each compartment which held each bottle tightly.

Wire hook attachment comes OFF the bottles!!!
The bottles themselves are nice, good solid glass.The problem I’m having with the whole case so far is, either first use or first 2-3 times I open the sealed bottle, the entire wire mechanism detaches from the bottle entirely.This is a pain.You can re-attach it, but next time you open, it all comes off again.I would not buy these again.I work too hard to brew my beers/meads/ciders, and sanitize everything for this not to do the basic function it is supposed to do.It has ONE thing to do…as the saying goes.And it fails.

Broken bottles
A few of the bottles came in busted. I have tried to have them replaced, but no one will respond to me. The few that weren’t broken were great, but I can’t seem to get them replaced.
