At first i love the smell then i touched it and thought should I put this in my hair because it felt way to sticky, but after i rubbed a small amount on my fingers it did quite well. So i added a touch more to finish off my style.I have fine thin blonde hair and it is so hard to find good products that doesn’t make my hair look oily or greasy and flat.This is the best hair product I’ve ever used along with the best dry texture spray from Kenra. Also their shampoo is phenomenal. Use the dry texture spray after using the whipped taffy first. My hair looks 200% thicker than my previous brands ever did and I thought my last product was really good.My hair has never looked so thick and full.No frizz either.Highly recommend this for blondes with short, fine, thin hair, you won’t regret getting these Kenra products.

Product works great but you have to make sure to work it in well or you will have little mauve globs left in your hair. A little goes a long way. The scent is sweet like candy. It’s strong but not overpowering. I typically don’t like scents but this one didn’t have that chemical smell…just sweetness.Took away all my fuzzy ends and gave me a sleeker clean look.

This is an excellent product for shaping, volumizing, and controlling hair. “Whipped taffy” is probably the best description for the product because it is not like any paste, clay, pomade, or wax I’ve used before. After pre-styling and blow drying my hair, I use a finger-tip amount for my short hair, emulsifying before I apply. A little product goes a long way as I apply it to the length of my hair and shape the style. As I style, the product maintains hair volume and seems to provide some density. If I have any unruly hairs as I style, I add just a bit more; adding a bit more product will not add weight or make your hair look greasy. This whipped taffy goes on very light yet adds volume and controls hair well with a truly matte effect. Fragrance is subjective, but the pleasing sweet, fruity fragrance dissipates over time. I’m sensitive to fragrance, and this smells great. I have tried most of the highest-rated clays, pastes, and pomades, and I like the Kenra Whipped Taffy best for its easy application, light product-feel, medium hold, and matte effect. If you have thin, fine, or medium hair, you will like this product. Those with thick or coarse hair may need a product with more hold, or they might experiment with this product by adding more as they style.

Amazing product. Does wonders for my thin blonde hair. However, the smell is awful! It’s so strong and so sickening sweet. A few hours after applying it hasn’t gone away and I’m on my way to a migraine.
