Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  In the first weeks it seemed like a great product, but then, reality kicked in and some stickiness and dark stain started to appear.Check the video to understand what I mean. It is not as the propaganda shows... the reality is worse.

I bought a bunch of these pots and pans a little over a year ago and they have all been terrible. I already returned two pans for replacements because food got permanently stuck to them. Then I had to pay round trip shipping costs for defective pans.Since then food has stuck to ALL 7 of my pots and pans almost every time I’ve uses them. I finally gave up and threw all of them away.They are non-stick for maybe the first 3 months of use. After that forget about it. Just invest in a good set. Otherwise, you’ll spend more money in the long run on shipping costs trying to get this awful company to replace all of your pots and pans.

This is an expensive pan to only last seven months! And I babied it: hand-washed only; used non-metal utensils; and never cooked on anything higher than medium-high temperatures. I mainly used it to cook my eggs every morning, then they started to stick.

We use this pan almost every day. We melt cheese in them to form cheese "crackers", we cook eggs (usually with no oil, or only oil for flavor), sauté mushrooms with no oil (cook fast enough that they act like sautéed and not cooked in their own water), etc. We never ever use at higher than Medium-High and usually never above Medium. At medium, these cook like most pans on high due to high surface contact.It is critical to not set the temp too high or the surface gets porous looking, which will degrade the pan and not cook well.Everything you cook in this pan will slide out easily - once it has cooked. Add an egg and it is sticky until it cooks and then slide out. Cook cheese and once starts to brown, will slide out, etc.I wish they made these in a larger size.

All there pans are junk. After 3 months eggs stick even with butter or cooking spray complete false advertising they were great untill 90 day warranty ran out to late to return to Amazon. If I could rate them -5 i would that is how bad they are. Amazon should should take them off the site makes them look bad

Gotham copper pans are much better than those other ones & easy to clean & use. Just make sure to follow the recommendations. Do NOT use a "Pam" type spray & do NOT turn the heat up too high. There is no need for either. I have 2 spray bottles filled with EVO & Canola oil, respectively. Sometimes, a tiny bit of butter for flavor on certain dishes. Nothing sticks & clean up is a cinch. Do have pot holders or handle covers as they are not very cool. But they do cool quickly.

Can anyone make a pan with a coating that actually works according to what they say. This one did for the first month. Now things are sticking and it is past the return window.Worked out well for who sold it and made their money.I would recommended finding another pan with a one year warranty, not 30 days.Don't' buy this pan.

Cleans fairly easily, but definitely NOT NON-STICK. There is a 1000% better choice for about 7 to 10 dollars more! The Ozeri Stone Earth true non-stick pan works even better than Teflon.

This frying pan is not what it is suppose to ...all the food sticks to it its burnt with black marks on the pan and it doesn't come out. I will not recommend this.DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AS THIS IS NOT NON STICK.Wish i could get my money back as i paid over $30.

Bought it because of infomercial. Worst product I’ve bought on Amazon. Used three times for eggs. They stuck every time. I followed the instructions. No oil. No cooking spray. Etc. DO NOT BUY

Would not recommend this product. I bought two.of them.The colour chipped off after only using them twice.

Mine didn't come with the non-stick part. Waste of money, don't buy. Save yourself the trouble

The pan doesn't stick at all. It is important not to overheat it. Overheating could distort the base and also degrade the product you're frying in such a way that it might stick.Therefore I preheated the pan to level 5 (of 12) and I increased the heat to 10 at the moment I was pouring the eggs. This way I had no problem of sticking or cleaning. We'll see if these qualities remain the same over time.
