I already have another mini sauna that I can sit inside, but since I get sleepy sitting for so long, I decided to buy the sauna blanket instead. I’ve used it three times. The first two times I didn’t really sweat even though I had the temperature at the highest setting. The third time I stayed in for 60 minutes and kept my hands inside, and I finally got a good result. I would say it is necessary to wear thicker socks and long sleeves and sweat pants because the direct skin contact with heat is intense. I also put a towel underneath me to absorb sweat. But it’s nice to be able to lie down, listen to restful music, and enjoy the experience, then take a cold shower. Afterwards my body feels very calm, and I do notice that my body recovers faster from small injuries. (I’ve been using another mini sauna prior to getting the blanket but I see the effect is the same.) My husband runs marathons and loves the sauna benefits for faster recovery as well. I’m not sure how long the plastic odor lasts, but hopefully that dissipates over time. I like that it heats up quickly, it’s easy to use, and it has adjustable heat and time settings, and that makes a little sound when finished. I really like how it’s easy to clean, and then takes up so little space. By the way, if you live in a cold climate, you would love coming in from the cold and climbing into this super heated sauna blanket, especially if you feel cold to the bone! I bought one for my sister as a Christmas present because of that. Thank you for making a quality product!

I've been using this at least every other day and afterwards I feel more relaxed and calm than any chill pill could provide. It makes you sweat and gets as hot as a conventional sauna, I think more. If you don't know far infrared benefits, they act kind of like exercise in that they raise your metabolism and you burn calories. They also increase lifespan, remove heavy metals and other toxins from inside your body, are the only thing proven to reverse congestive heart failure, and so much more. Research all the benefits. If you are sedentary like me it's the best thing you can do for your health. I do it watching TV buck naked on my recliner usually 45 minutes to an hour at around 130°. The armhole gives me easy access to the remote control for the device but more importantly the TV remote and my large glass of water. You may need to work up to the time and temperature. Anything hotter than 130 s and the surfaces that aren't touching my skin are too hot to touch when I need to reposition. After I cook for a while the sweat actually drips out the bottom so you may want to put a towel under the lowest part where the sweat drips out. I go in naked and wipe the inside with vinegar water when I'm done. My head sweats plenty even though it's not exposed to the Heat. I forgot to mention if you're prone to getting annoyed or agitated this will make you a nice person for the rest of the day. Make sure your replenish your electrolytes when you're done. If you're into electrolyte replacement drinks that would be beneficial. I just eat something with light salt that contains potassium afterwards and that does the trick.

This sauna blanket heats up fast and gets really nice and warm, giving me a great sweat without feeling overwhelming. It’s also surprisingly roomy — even a tall person can fit comfortably without feeling cramped. Super relaxing, easy to use, and a great addition to my routine!

Not only is this sauna blanket pink and super cute, but it’s also incredibly effective. I originally got it for detox purposes since I don’t have access to a real sauna, but honestly — who even needs a real sauna when you have this? It's amazing for sore, aching muscles or for warming up when I’m freezing. It’s super comfortable, and I love that it has slits for my arms so I can still read or play video games while using it. Plus, it's spacious enough that I can move my legs around, which makes it feel less restrictive than other sauna products I've tried. After 45 minutes, I leave this thing dripping — it works that well. As a healthcare provider, I actually recommend this to my patients who struggle with poor perfusion in their limbs or frequent body aches. It’s been a total game-changer for me, and I couldn’t love it more!

Update: I was told that I would receive a full refund for this item because of the injuries it causes (after the return window, that was partly my fault, Amazon is so freaking hard to communicate with and it takes at least an hour and I didn’t have the time) without having to return the item. Luckily I didn’t throw it away, because after talking to them several times and then telling me each time they’d send me the refund, it never happened. The last person I spoke to on the matter told me I needed to return the item then I’d get a refund so he created a return label. So I returned it….got a refund for almost $40 less than I paid. I was like, whatever they’re such a pain to talk to, I don’t have the time. Fast forward 2 months later, I get an email saying that if I do not return the item they’re going to re-charge my card for the full amount. So I reached out to them to tell them the item had already been returned, and the refund they gave me was not the full amount, and since I had them on the line that I would like my full refund. An hour later, they told me they cannot do that because it was a restocking fee, and even though it was an injury case, they don’t have a way to refund me the restocking fee. Ridiculous. This gets extremely hot on the bottom and leaves red welts and burns on everyone. It takes about 30 minutes to start sweating once in it. I tried an affordable steam sauna that didn’t even work first so turned to this. Now it sits in a corner because it hurts to use and makes you feel like you’re about to pass out and recovery takes a good 30 minutes before you feel normal again. Super disappointed.

I love this blanket. So soothing and healing. Live the different temperatures settings and it cleans up easily. Great company highly recommend them.

I have several severe anxiety disorders and I'm a frequent flyer with my weighted blankets. This sauna blanket is a game changer. It's like a warm hug. I mostly keep it on the lowest setting and I keep both of my arms out (there are zippered slots for both arms). It heats up immediately, no wait time, and you just climb on in, zipper it up, lean back and relax. It's better than a hot/warm bath. It's better than a weighted blanket. It's just this perfect little cocoon of warmth that welcomes you to relax while soothing your body. You will sweat. If you don't sweat on the lowest sweating and want to, just turn it up or stay in for a little longer. It's extremely easy to use, clean, and store. I cannot recommend this sauna blanket more. It calms my anxiety in a unique way that nothing else ever quite has. Absolute 10/10.
