I am an avid believer in supplemental bioidentical hormones as I have suffered for over 10 years from severe menopausal symptoms such as hot flashes, skin aging, insomnia, brain fog, low libido and massive weight gain. I did my homework and realized that I could fix these issues with very safe OTC supplements such as this one. Pregnenalone is the mother of all hormones and your body uses it to make the others you need, i.e.: estrogen, progesterone, testosterone and dhea. I had adrenal fatigue and this supplement truly addressed a decent proportion of my deficiencies. It took approximately 3-4 weeks before I noticed any improvements but I did experience a marked difference with brain fog right off the bat. Was it the placebo effect? I don't know and I really don't care. I just know how much better I feel and will continue using this supplement until the day I leave this world. Along with estriol, progesterone, dhea and this, I am back to my normal self. The 45 pounds I gained came off over time with no dieting whatsoever. I have actually lost more weight than I had gained and now weigh 138 pounds standing 5'9" tall. My doctor is amazed and told me to keep doing what I am doing. All of my labs come back excellent! At 64 years of age, I look and feel great, but now just have to deal with the saggy skin that doesn't want to snap back like it did when I was younger. I love these capsules as I know they will dissolve in my body and not just pass through as some tablets and pills do. There is no added ingredients except for some rice flour and this is the only type of supplement I will consider. This is an overall great product and very reasonably priced.

I use a lot of this brand's products. They are fantastic! I always love how they are GLUTEN FREE and are made of such high quality. When others say "I don't feel different when I take vitamins", I just laugh. I can ALWAYS feel the difference in a products quality and if it is working.This supplement is an all around great product. It mostly helps with brain functions associated with mood and sleep. It can help improve depression, anxiety and help with cognitive functions. Add it to an already supple array of ashwagandha and valerian root, some lemon balm or rhodiola to help with mood and relaxation.
