Perfect fit to replace the struts on my Dodge Ram 1500 that had finally broken after years of use. Very easy to install, took a whole 5 minutes, and they work great. Actually they work better than the original struts that came with my cap. I will definitely recommend these to any of my friends who might need new struts on their truck caps.

Have a 2000 Dodge truck with a cap on it and finally got tired of hitting my head on the door as it would close on me. Looked at several struts online and finally decided on these. Excellent choice. Came very well packaged and upon opening the packing, found the struts to be solid quality. Installed in less that two minutes, that included removing the exsisting ones. I went with 40lb as I will occsionally have a load that prevents me from fully closing the door,so I wanted some extra pressure to reduce the door from flapping in the wind
