BIO IONICSMART-X High Efficiency Dryer + Diffuser

I absolutely love this!!! I use it professionally. It is so lightweight! I gave myself hand cramps holding too tight the first week; nothing to do with handle just paronia and muscle memory.The customer service is impeccable and expeditious I have zero doubts if I'll need it in the next 10 years they will take care of me.The concentration of the airflow is amazing I rarely use the concentrator. The finish on my clients hair is effortlessly smooth and healthy looking even with rough drying and minimal product.The dryer is compact in size and perfect for traveling. I just got the diffuser today and am beyond excited to use it on my curls tomorrow. Will update then on diffuser.

I paid $300.00 for this hair dryer4 months ago. Which I was happy with until yesterday when I turned it on and it blew cold air only. I went to the order page for it on Amazon and was told I needed to contact the seller for warranty instructions. Today I did that. This is what I was told I need to do.Go to their website and fill out the warranty information and then return the product to them, at my expense. It will take approximately 3-4 weeks for the warranty department to inspect the dryer to determine if the product needs fixed or replacement. Then they will let me know what they plan to do. I asked them what am I supposed to do in the meantime with my wet hair?? Their answer, use a spare hairdryer. So, I have to go buy another hairdryer!? While I wait for their response regarding their defective product??Seriously??? For a $300.00 hairdryer this is their customer service??? Wow. BUYER BEWARE! DON’T BUY THE HYPE.

My hairdresser had this and she raved about it. And was she right! It’s very quiet, lightweight and I love how thin it is, for handling. To top it off, the controls are on the handle and it has a lock setting so you don’t accidentally change it, like my last dryer. You will NOT be disappointed. Enjoy!

It’s definitely not strong enough for thick hair, but i like the size a d weight of the unit. They could cone out with a unit that is more powerful, thats what would have gotten 5 stars for me. Not worth the price.

Great features and easy to handle. 10 year warranty can't be beat!

First, my current Bio-Ionic Powerlite blow dryer stopped blowing hot air after about 1 year. The manufacturer had a 30% off sale for Black Friday, but I could not place the order. Their website kept cancelling my orders for some reason. The company just has the worst customer service and never resolved the ordering issue. So, I was able to purchase it through Amazon, but it was expensive. Now I am having trouble trying to get my 1-year old blow dryer replaced through their 5 year warranty. Good luck if you have problems past 30 days. So here I am throwing money at this company with no resolution, so ridiculous.
