My fav honey.
Omg this is my favorite honey. I love the texture and the flavor. It goes so perfectly with my chamomile tea that I started drinking it daily. I love that it comes in a glass bottle!

Very interesting wildflower taste, subtle with a great texture
OK, so I made a huge mistake. I love honey like some people love wine or cheese. Every. Top honey list I went to, to try different wonderful honeys, had this one honey, it was on so many lists, and I could not like it, even though I very much wanted to find what made people like it so much. I mean for one honey to make more lists than any other... I have to be missing something. So I asked the question, "why do you like this honey?" Then, more regrettably I said "I don't like it at all." Which isn't totally true, there are many things, like peanut butter that can mask a honey that isn't that good. There are very few honeys I would stick a spoon into. Every one is different and everyone likes different things and that is such a good thing. Imagine how boring it would be otherwise. I certainly have my own personal tastes that are based on my life. I love the crazy expensive, Hawaiian Kiawe honey, probably partially because I volunteered at Hawaii Volcano National Park and my favorite treat was KIawe honey on shortbread cookies, from the Military base where we bought our food. It was no where near as expensive there. Plus it was pretty limited as you can imagine. Now I only buy it once a year and alternate a spoon and a shortbread cookie. 😉 OK, so getting to this very interesting German honey. It has the most interesting texture. It seems very thick in the jar, but when you pour it, it doesn't seem thick. I even stirred it to see if I was missing something, but no it is just unique. There were no crystals in this honey, it is very smooth. It is aromatic, it is almost like you can smell wildflowers in it. Not ones I am familiar with though. It is great on buttered toast and has the perfect texture for it. It has an after taste that I am unfamiliar with and don't love. It isn't on my top ten, but if I were in Europe and the price was low I would definitely buy this. I am really glad for the chance to try this very interesting honey!

The Honey of Heaven
This stuff is magic. MAGIC. It’s what I imagine honey to be when they talk about it in the Bible and mythology. I love honey, don’t get me wrong—through the sorcery of Amazon I get it from all over the world to “taste” different countries—but I’ve always felt like it was slightly underwhelming compared with how I thought it should be. And then I found this stuff. And my world was changed. The flavor is sweet with a delicate strength. Not too flowery. Not too anything. The creaminess is in the Goldilocks zone of Just Right. It’s still liquid enough to drizzle but is creamy enough to use as a spread. The perfect in between. Absolute ambrosia on homemade bread, divine decadence in real hot chocolate, and the perfect pick-me-up in plain Greek yogurt. Literally the best honey I’ve ever tasted. I wish they’d stock it in our grocery stores. But for now, Amazon, please keep selling it. **also check out the White Honey from the paradise mountains of the Kyrgyz Republic—different flavor but a similar balance of scrumptiousness and creaminess.

Delicious Honey
I love honey and eat it every day. I try different honeys in every place I go. I have a favorite one from Spain that I always buy in Portugal, but I am happy I can get this one here.

Great taste and quality
Great taste and quality. Too expensive. Unfortunately, it doesn't keep it's creaminess in Florida and gets too hard in the fridge.

Broken Honey jar.
I received my honey today. The lid was broken and honey all over inside the bag. I went to return the item or at least make a compliant and got a message No refund for this product. Okay … I know it’s a food product but the darn jar is not food!
