Skirt with Deep Pockets!
This is a very light weight and flowy skirt with deep pockets. Great fit, works for vintage 40s & 50s or even steampunk Edwardian/Victorian. I love it and have more patterns in my wishlist.

Material not what I expected
Picture includes a skull lace underskirt I made that isn't part of this skirt.Negatives: The material is a synthetic mix that makes it feel kind of like a wind breaker and does make that quiet swishing noise when it rubs against itself that those puffy winter coats make (but the skirt isn't as loud as those coats). The material is thinner and lighter weight than I expected but it is NOT see through even in direct sunlight. I've noticed in the winter the static can get pretty bad where it wants to cling to my legs or my tights. A petticoat with a silk liner or just a silk slip takes care of it. A petticoat also gives the skirt a bit more volume.Positives: The material actually is a really good thing if you have shedding animals because this is the only black thing I own that isn't covered in dog hair. The stretching waistband has a lot of give to it so if you're in between sizes you're safe to order this product and have it fit you. I love that is has pockets that are big enough for my phone and (small) wallet in one pocket together. I've had this skirt for months now and wear it regularly, the stitching and elastic have held up really great through numerous washes and events.Great for me but maybe not everyone: I'm about 5'3" and this skirt is above my ankle but only by a few inches. I love this length but it was a few inches longer than advertised so it's closer to an ankle length on me than a tea length.

Perfect for costume, thin for everyday
The skirt fit fine (elastic waistband was comfortable) and was black and had pockets. It's a very thin polyester material, because of this, after the high waist section it clings and makes me look a little pregnant. I put a skirt under to keep it from clinging to my leggings. I plan to try it with a petticoat, which maybe will help. If you wanted a skirt for a costume, this could be perfect. I don't love it, so I'm not sure how much I'll wear it for everyday wear. Still deciding if I'll return it.

Cheap, similar to a garbage bag.
I’m not sure why I had such high expectations for this, but it definitely failed to meet them. I’ve bought other things from this brand and had no issues, but this skirt is garbage. Literally, it feels like a garbage bag, noise and all. I thought it would be a well structured skirt, but it felt more like a little kids Halloween witch costume. It’s a cheap, noisy, thin material that is definitely not worth the $24. The elastic in the waistband feels like it will lose its elasticity rather quickly, it didn’t hold tight. If you’re expecting a structured material more like cotton or jersey, this isn’t for you. I’ll be returning it.
