These taste SO good. So tiny and simple but they pack a big punch. I can’t have any B complex vitamin because I can’t have B6. I have Hypophosphatasia. So this is awesome to boost my b12 safely. They don’t leave a film in your mouth after you chew and swallow them. Great price for a safe vitamin. It’s a must have in our home.

These Solgar Vitamins are great B12 vitamins for my husband. He needed more energy, so I got him these back in January. So, he's been taking them off and on for just over two months. He says they have given him more energy and he feels less tired during the day. He likes that he only has to put one under his tongue to dissolve. I tried one and they do have a nice flavor to them, too. Years ago, he used these from Solgar, but this time we went with the 5000 mcg. I recommend these from this brand. They are good quality, taste good, and they really work.

It’s dissolvable under the tongue and the taste is not too bad. Works so well that I had to discontinue using it because my B12 was too high. Highly recommend just make sure you have your labs checked regularly and under the care of a health professional.

I trust the Solgar brand. I'm usually on the slightly anemic side so I take B12 to help with this. The small tablets do not disolve as well as I would like or am used to in other B-12 sublingual type absorption, but other than that, once I bite into the still solid tablet I let it disolve further under my tongue.

I regularly buy and take Solgar's Methylcobalamin and will continue to buy it. I like that it comes in a glass bottle that I can reuse. It has a pleasant taste and dissolves easily.

Hi! My husband and I are 69 and 71, respectively. We take quite a few supplements, but nothing we have ever tried has had such an immediate effect--in less than a month on Solgar 5000 mcg B-12 we both notice increased energy, endurance and mental alertness! John would be so exhausted following his sedentary workdays (as ad min asst) that he'd be too exhausted to even sleep--just "wiped out". He was at the point of resigning from one of his two workdays, though he loves the ministry we in which we're involved... He'd almost given up hope of finding help. John had had a cardiologist eval and an endocrine one, with all testing coming back "normal". Tests even showed our B12 levels to be WNL (OK), but we question this.... We had been somewhat erratically taking some B-12, but only 1000mcg and one not "methylcobalamin"; we'd noticed no effect. We ordered one bottle of 60 from Amazon--just a month's worth for the two of us--and let it slowly dissolve in our cheeks (It's bigger,"nugget"-sized, so takes about an hour to dissolve) No particular taste, but pleasant... it's water-soluble, so any not needed by the body is just eliminated (washed out by the kidneys) I'll close now, as I am on this site to order 2 more, before the month is even through! I have Pernicious Anemia and this product saved my life...LITERALLY! I started having vague symptoms of numbness and tingling in my hands and feet. I went to the doctor, and nothing was found. 9 months later, the symptoms were HORRIBLE! Entire limbs were "falling asleep" and it was bad. I also had buzzing and vibrating over various parts of my body and it was pretty much constant. As a new nurse, I recalled learning about Pernicious Anemia and the symptoms of Vitamin B12 deficiency in school. I pretty much diagnosed myself and I found this product at a local health food store. This was the highest dose of the good form of B12 that I could find, and I started taking it 3 times per day because I was desparate. I would lay in bed at night and pray to God that my son didn't find me dead in the morning. That's how bad the symptoms were from this problem. Meanwhile, I was going to another doctor who was testing me for MS, and doing all sorts of test. But, by the time he got around to everything, months and months, and months went by, and slowly my syptoms were getting better because of THIS PRODUCT! I honestly think I would have died had I not found this product and started taking it and treating myself. Another year rolled by before they did blood work regarding intrinsic factor and my stomach lining. (Which I had told the 2nd doctor that I went to that I thought I had a Vitamin B12 deficiency) Once they finally did it, they did find that my stomach lining no longer produced Intrinsic Factor and that I could not absorb B12. Then, I started the injections, and I am much better today. I still do have some vague numbness and tingling because it went too long before it was caught, and I have some nerve damage. I still take this product because here lately there is a shortage of B12 injections at the pharmacy where I live. I cannot imagine why, but I am having a difficult time getting it from any pharmacy in my area. I will always keep this product in my home .I am now ordering it online here at Amazon because I save a ton of money buying it here.
