Not 100% compatible with an older PA900VLE unit
Needed to replace a 10yr old installation of this model. Thought I'd extract the fan and put in a the clean new lighting sconce without touching wiring or redoing the ceiling molding. Was a much larger pain; instead of taking 10 minutes it was more like an hour1) Fans mounts are ~10" away from accessibility so you'll need a Philips driver ~1 foot long2) Newer sconce wasn't a simple socket plug like what I already had installed so that was a waste3) Sconce mounting layout altered, had to settle for 2:4 screws plus remove misc metal plate4) Endeavor taught me 90CFM is disappointing. (maybe ill epoxy an inline fan in it's place with x2 the power)
