This is my first time to use it...takes time to report the result.

This product has an odd taste. If I could have returned it I would have. Glad I couldn't return it, I used it anyway. Once you get past the sulfury aftertaste it's ok. The aftertaste is tolerable unless you are expecting a fruity-flavored drink. I feel like I have been sleep deprived for years. I don't sleep through the night every single night, but sleeping through the night is now the norm. If I wake up I go back to sleep. I teach 3-5 in a self-contained special education classroom. One simply cannot come to work without having enough sleep. I notice that my skin is getting thicker. So don't plan on a fruity drink, but expect great results.

It has a slight lemon like taste - best to mix by itself in water. I have noticed a difference in just the 30 days I have been using. Sleep good, skin softer. Now my husband and son are using it too.
