I would like to change my previous review I took these tablets and they tasted incredibly bitter 🤮 however in all honesty they did the job extremely well and brought my blood sugars down from 6.5 to 5.0 in just 15mins as a result I have lost 5lbs in just 3 days. I would consider purchasing again but I would have preferred a brand regulated in the UK

Taste isn’t nice. Easy to take. Haven’t see a lot to do with performance. No quality to know about. No weight loss at moment

Not really sure what these are meant to do, I purchased for appetite suppressant but they do nothing for that. I could feel no other benefit tbh. Obviously my review is subjective. Others may find them great.

I've been taking berberine for years. This whatever this is is not berberine. If it is berberine its the crappest quality I've ever used. It did nothing for me. I ordered because my usual supply was out of stock. Berberine is supposed to be bright mustard yellowy green. This isn't even the right colour! My usual is back in stock now thank god. Its true you really do get what you pay for.
