This mix is easy, and the cookies are great! I have brought them to gatherings several times. Everyone enjoyed the cookies, whether they ate gluten-free or not. My only recommendation is to add two eggs to the mix rather than one.

I chose this, not just because it was gluten free, but because it was lower in sugar than most mixes. I'll admit, that I've purchased this before, so I knew what it was. I added some oatmeal to it and some sugar free dark chocolate chips and an extra egg to stretch it out into more cookies and lower the sugar even more. But, it's good all on its own. I usually make all my own desserts and breads, but it's nice to have a couple mixes on hand to save time and when you don't feel like cooking that much. I've gotten in the habit of always freezing half of any brownies or cookies I make, so there'll be some for later. My sister said she's gotten wise to me and I'm not cutting down on desserts, I'm just making larger batches and freezing half. "So, eh what's your point?"I recommend these, as they're gluten free, lower sugar, reasonably priced and yummy. Thank you for reading my review.

Great taste and easy to mix; the peanut butter makes it special. The oats made it seem rather dry but when I rolled the dough into balls, it easily made 18 cookies. I added extra chocolate chips and some vanilla extract, like 1/3 a teaspoon, just to make it a little less dry.These looked so good when they were done I had a hard time waiting a few minutes until they cooled. Wait about 5 minutes to get them off the sheet or they will crumble and fall apart. But even in pieces, they are still yummy!Tip: use parchment paper for easy clean-up.

Our son is gluten-free, vegan and dairy free - these hands down are the best monster cookies out there! So delicious!! I’m a BIG fan of monster cookies in particular and I rank these at the top (as long as you don’t over bake them 😀) We sub the chicken eggs with duck eggs (he can have those, as crazy as that sounds!) Highly recommend this product and a lot of their other products they produce.

Highly recommend! No one in my household needs gluten free, but saw this product when shopping at a large box store and it looked good and easy to make so I tried it. The cookies are quick and easy to make and are delicious-you would never know they are gluten free as a lot of these products don't taste so great. After I used the box of three, I went online to buy some more.
