Good iodine tablets, but would be better if they contained selenium.
The iodine tablets are great for supporting my health and well-being and have a long list of benefits. I think that these are a reasonably priced, and good quality, supplement.It is a shame that these iodine tablets do not also include selenium, as this mineral is helping the body to get the most out of taking iodine.The recommendation is to take 1 tablet a day, so this bottle of 60 tablets will last for 60 days. The tablets are easy to swallow and do not have any unpleasant aftertaste.

Very easy to swallow and a two months supply
The tablets were packaged well, and the container has a flip top lid . There is a two months supply, and there is no strong odour. They use by date and nutritional value is displayed. Good value for money.
