Have always used Vectra 3D and it has never failed! No ticks! No fleas! Our boy, a hundred pound chocolate lab, sees the med and immediately sits for application--HE KNOWS! This is by far the best flea control topical treatment for dogs that you don't need a prescription for. I've never had luck with otc flea treatment up until I found this. It was relentless for my giant pit. The cats had a few as well but not the endless infestation like our pitty. The first couple of hours she went kinda nuts because they were running and freaking out but then she got calm and slept soo incredibly good. The next morning they were about 90% gone. I have vacuumed daily as well and emptied the canister after every use. The first couple of days I had a lot of fleas jumping on me. Last night was the 4th night and I spent about 30 mins combing her from front to back only to find about 10 total that were actually moving very slow and almost dead. I combed my cats last night and only found about 5 on all of my cats... I have over 10 cats btw 😁. I don't want to publicly say the exact amount lol. This morning she has zero on her. I have also washed all of her bedding as well as the couch blankets I use to protect my furniture. She goes outside several times a day and that is actually my next area to treat. I'm in complete shock. I got front line to put on my cats but I haven't had to use them fortunately. Most treatments in the past is a very small vile and you only put it in between the shoulder blades. However this product is a larger vile and you start at the neck and apply a line down the back from neck to tail. I'm in utter shock and soooooo relieved. My girl will finally get her skin back to normal and hopefully her patches of missing fur will come back. I can't take her to the vet because I can't physically get her into our truck. She's not leash trained and she doesn't know how to get into a vehicle and unfortunately she's over weight. Not morbidly but she's definitely over weight and she would need a muzzle because I don't know how she would react around strangers poking at her. I give all shots myself.

This stuff is beyond amazing. My dogs were digging and once we put the first round on them..The itching and digging had calm down. Highly reccomend.

Product packaging states they offer a 60 day satisfaction guarantee for their product. I emailed the company using their contact us email. I received a phone call from a woman asking information about my dog, she then began asking me about my kids, myself, how much I knew about ticks and used a condescending tone. I stopped her in her line of questioning regarding myself and my children asking what they had to do with a product for my dog. She asked what I knew about ticks and tick prevention. I informed her quite a bit as I have been a nurse for 28 years in a state with multiple tick borne illnesses and have been active outside most of my life. Again asked what that had to do with the failure of their product to kill or prevent ticks from imbedding themselves on my dog? Sarcasm galore. She said I had to go back to Amazon with my issue because they did not sell me the product. The complaint is not to do with the place of purchase, it has to do with the product not performing as advertised. Furthermore, the packaging states to see the insert for instructions regarding their guarantee. The package insert says nothing other than repeats the guarantee but no instruction of how to submit a request for refund. Product is junk. each day at least two ticks have been on my dog, not deterred in the least by the stuff. Complaint submitted to the better business bureau.
