What is the silicone percentage?

I don't know. It is not listed on the tube. The biodermis gel patches work better, but this is better than nothing for places like faces etc.

How long does one stick last?

Six to nine months! I used it every day and the scar healed and vanished (90%) before it was used up. A great product recommended by the UCLA plastic surgeon. Works really well!
