Love it ! Great purchase for me since my charging port does t really hold a cable in it had to go on a trip to Disney with no charger and this definitely kept my device charged all day ! I still use it now also ahah

It works great. Keeps my phone charged for a full day work. Meaning I have it sticking to my phone till it dies which is middle of the day and the rest is handled by my phones battery. Over all is very good and I will say without going into the science of it ( unless any of you would like to and I will be happy to explain as batteries are my thing) I say it will transfer an effective 3800 mah to you phone.There is a one situation though, it does get hot. Some of it is normal and expected, but I don’t know as the battery in this device ages how it will react towards that heat since that heat will accelerate the degenerating of the battery and will make it more unstable. time will tell.

Bought for a Disney trip, didn't think I'd love it but use it almost daily as a busy mom on the go, love that its magnetic with no cords!

This backup battery it save you on a travel or if you stay outside for a long time you can charge any time. The only problem is it’s getting too hot when you use it attached to your phone. It’s rechargeable too fast but to charge your phone takes too long.

3/22/25: Update after customer service reached out to me. They offered a replacement or full refund. I chose replacement as I’ve always preferred this brand. So far the replacement has worked well. Great customer service and product is as expected. Would recommend. Huge plus over others is the slim design. Fits nicely in my phone holder in the car. Still gets warm when using but only if you are using the phone while charging it which is to be expected with any charger.I genuinely felt the Anker brand was superior to others so I bought this and gave my son the one I had. For this price, I would not recommend. Fully charged, it charged my phone less than 50% before dying. It took over 2 hours to do that and was hot after a short period of time. It also takes forever to get it fully charged. On the plus side, it is slim and fits nicely in my hand and phone holder.
