Extremely THIN leather (I think it's leather)
Made in China...not very sturdy. Cheap thin leather (at least I think it's leather). Would not purchase again. Probably would send them back, but they are for Christmas and I don't have time.

Broke first try
Tried throwing them on my boots and they snapped with hardly any tension trying to buckle them.
