Good price, so no complaints there. Installation was as easy as it can be given the desired tightness and materials in use. Once you get the lip of the pad in place, easy to work the remainder of the lip around to fully seat onto the ear cups. Only time will tell if these hold up any better than the original pleather ear pads, but the materials look decent and feel good to touch so I suspect they will easily survive the ~10 years the previous pads did. About five millimeters thicker (per pad) than the original ear pads, but no discomfort or trouble with fit on my pumpkin. Very comfortable for use hours at a time (120-180 minutes of use max so far). Not hot at all during wear. No weird odors, neutral smell straight out of the bag they arrived in. Would buy again if/when needed.

After having bought both versions of the product for the Sony CH-510, I have come to an important and clear conclusion about the brand and this product. The synthetic leather version provides better passive insulation, which gives the sensation that the headphones sound better than with the ear cushions that come from the factory. This is because it is a slightly wider ear cushion since it has more padding, which makes it more comfortable to use for longer periods of time. However, the disadvantage is that it can make you hot if you are not in air conditioning or in cool temperatures, so if you are a hot person, you should keep this in mind and see the next paragraph. The gel version provides a certain freshness since it is made of fabric and it seems that it is true that it comes with gel included since I proceeded to cool the pad according to the manual and the effect has lasted for several days. It should be noted that since it is a fabric pad, it does not offer the insulation effect that the synthetic leather one does, although the disadvantage is small, but noticeable. I think that this product is 100% recommended for those who want better audio quality in any of the compatible headphones, either for better passive noise cancellation, or so that prolonged use of headphones with pads does not cause them so much heat.

The fabric and cushion used in these earpads are comfortable. I think the cooling effect mentioned is overstated, but I can say that your ears never get hot or sweaty after wearing headphones for several hours. I purchased the red and black version for my Sony CH510 to make it easier to identify my headset amongst the other sets of black colored headsets in the household. I've been using these pads for about 6 months and have not seen any degradation in the fabric or the cushion. These are a solid buy at a fair price and I would more than likely by these again in the future when it is time for a new set.

Years ago I purchased some wired Amazon Basics headphones. The headphones are still great but the earpads began disintegrating rather rapidly in the last few months. I decided to purchase these earpads as a replacement. They fit perfectly. They're definitely cooling although I didn't choose them for that reason. Installation was exactly as expected, which isn't really easy but certainly not any more difficult than any other brand. The stitching in a few spots looks a bit weak but since I don't take the earpads off until they wear out, I don't think it will be an issue. I wasn't expecting these to be noise cancelling but when I tried the headphones on after installing the earpads I was surprised to find that the loudest noise I could hear was my own heartbeat (didn't have them plugged into my computer). Although these pads are much thicker than the original ones they felt pretty comfortable for the brief time I tried them before writing this. I suspect I'll need a break after a few hours though.

Bought these to replace the pads on Sony ZX-110 headphones. (You'll need to be a little patient getting these on, but you'll do it!) Love wired headphones for on-the-go, lag-free music listening and remixing. While the Sony's are inexpensive, and I thought about just ordering another pair, I decided to try these replacement pads. They're much higher build quality, more comfortable, and appear to be very durable. Time will tell. This feels like a better decision than replacing the headphones with another pair that would likely have the same issue, and would add to e-waste.

I lost one of the ear pads that came on my headphones and I ordered these for my Sony headphones and they were a perfect fit. The original ear pads on my headphones were made from leather and I would sweat so badly. I have not slept nearly as badly with these new ones.

These are far better than the originals that came with the headphones and are worth the small purchase price, and bit of extra effort that it takes to properly install them. These actually feel good on my ears whereas the originals were horrible.

Easy to change the ear-pads no problem removing them as just tug carefully off as for reattaching as my earpieces are attached via 2 screws opposite each other after attaching pads unable to see screw-holes so a bit fiddly putting back together. I could have just slackened the screws install new pads but didn't if ever need to replace pads again I will not remove the screw fasteners fully. Other than that it took 15 minutes to fit new pads as I had already removed the worn old ear-pads the day before new ones arrived.
