I'm very happy with this kit, it has most of the tools found in more expensive kits. At this point I can't think of any it doesn't have. I spent more on a smaller kit with only four tools! As a beginner there are lots of tools I don't even know how to use yet, but I imagine they will be used in the future as I learn. I don't think the instructions are that good, but you can get much better and easier to understand ones on Youtube or by borrowing books from the library and Kindle. You will need to buy cardstock, quilling paper, and glue (Elmer's is fine). I think this kit is a great value for the money.

I purchased this kit approximately a year ago and created a few quilling cards. The tools are likely not of the best quality but so far, I haven't experienced any issues with it. To me, the positive aspect is the wide selection and the negative aspect is the lack of instructions.

I am a beginner at quilling and this kit gives me the tools to learn this crafting technique. I am very pleased with my purchase. I recommend this kit, however, you will want to also purchase a good learner's book as it doesn't include instructions for beginners. But if you're more advanced, it's a great kit. I also purchased some quilling strips to be able to try out my kit right away. So would also recommend doing that :)
