Very useful if you have sore wrists when lifting heavy weights. Hopefully wearing them will help my wrists recover to be able to lift without them but I will still use them when getting to even heavier weights to avoid any further injuries.

Good support, certainly better than the RDX ones I've used previously. Velcro holds well, seem well constructed. They're quite long, but I'd probably go even longer if I was buying again.
