Good kits, work as should, eat toninstall and set up. Had a minor mechanical issue with 1 of 3, but the seller was very helpful and willing to solve the issue without any hesitation. Would buy again.

Completely sucks. Unreliable fingerprint reader. We have gotten locked out multiple times because the fingerprint reader spits out an error, and on multiple attempts we get locked out for several minutes. Drains batteries extremely quickly. We are changing batteries almost every single month. The locking mechanism itself gets jammed, even after switching the strike plates out. So when we come in and lock the door using the button, it will fail to lock. There is also moisture/water getting in to the deadbolt mechanism. We replaced the entire thing with a Kwikset and found significant mildew growing.

Bought this item to change the lock on our front door. Number one it was very easy to install. My husband installed it in 10 minutes. Number two you will need double aa batteries and not the ones that are chargeable. Just regular double a batteries. Number 3, please watch the video on YouTube that helps you do the set up steps. It’s the video with the lady with a very strong accent (I’m sorry if I offended anyone) you may have to fast forward the video a few minutes to get straight to the point though. When I mean super easy to set up and install. It’s quick. No delays. Just 1,2,3! It also looks great outside of the door. I would definitely recommend this door lock. We also find the little remote (at least that’s what we call them) so convenient. Also not only is the price good. The last keypad door lock we purchased was $250 at Home Depot and it only lasted us 3 years. That’s actually terrible for $250. And to be honest it started wearing out after a few months honestly of having it. Anywho you guys go purchase this keypad door lock. You won’t regret it.

One of the screw hole capsules is loose, it just endlessly spins around, does not tighten or loosen. Neither of the keys work, so that features is useless. If the batteries die, I'll be locked out of my house.

Beautiful door handle with multiple features of opening the door. The door is battery operated so if it runs out of battery you have a pair a keys just in case, but you can also unlock with a fingerprint, access card, or pass code. So far each one has worked fine. It also has auto lock if you forget to lock your door which I tried to use, but sometimes when I'm going in and out the door I don't close the door in time, so I turned off although it's a nice option. If your door already has holes then it's super easy to install with the directions, but you'll have to drill at least one hole which they provided the drill bit for which was convenient! Overall it's a great looking door handle for our front door and it works well.

I really liked the idea of this product, but the latch that you press with your finger is now broken after only 5 months. It was cheap, but I figured it would last for at least a year. I didn't see an option to message the seller to see if there was a product warranty, so I'm unsure if they would have replaced the faulty unit. Might be okay for a vacation home or something, but doesn't seem great for daily use. It was easy to install and I liked the fingerprint and automatic locking while it was functional.

I would rate this a 5 star butthe door handle gets stuck and makes it hard for my 4&6 years old kids to open. You have to press down very hard to get it to open. Other than that I love the product because of the keyless, entry for my kids. Thinking about returning it but to much hassle to go back to my old door knob.
