I’ve tried several options to protect my hardwood floors from chair legs, and none of them have worked as well as these Ezprotekt Clear Chair Leg Floor Protectors. They’re absolutely amazing! We purchased these to put on our outdoor metal chair legs for our patio table and chair set. This is put on a new Trex deck. Although the bottoms of the chairs have plastic on them and the Trex deck is supposed to be scratch free, we noticed a light scratch already. So we purchased these covers, and they are nice. They are a little bit more money than other brands, but they are a nice quality and the felt feels pretty good. They work well on the chairs and grip well onto them well. I would say that also slide decently between the Trex cracks between boards well too. They feel fine to sit on and we have no worries that they will scratch the deck. I would suggest if you measure and are right on the cusp between sizes, go SMALLER. The cover bit stretches well and it is tight. You probably want it as tight as you can to keep water from going into the cap and to also keep it on the foot of the chair. You can always return them, but we found they can be stretched a little beyond what they can and they grip the chair leg very well and seem to be just perfect. We also used some slightly larger ones on the patio table. Those were angled legs not straight down. The covers (we got the same type but a different size) don't fit as well because of the angle that the legs come to the ground. That said, the rubber is tight enough to hold it on just fine. Overall, we recommend these and think they are worth the little extra price that they are as compared to other ones!

I like the pad and clear silicone up the leg. I wish it wasn't so shiny, I keep glancing at it and thinking it is wet. I feel that these are going to work perfectly for protecting my floor.

Perfect fit, easy to install and good quality

These new style felt floor protectors are designed so well! The clear silicone slee ve fits snugly on the leg, the inside bottom has a non-slip surface so the sleeve stays in position. The bottom of the foot glides across my hardwood floor. The old self-adhesive "protectors" were always slipping out of position. This new design is a winner!!!

These are great! So glad to find them and protect my floor. Went on easily and makes the chairs very moveable. Perfect size.

This isn’t my first time buying this style of clear chair leg protectors, and these are almost great—but on my chairs they aren’t quite snug enough at the top. Every once in a while one will slip off. It’s not constant, but it’s enough that I worry about it happening during a dinner or when someone scoots their chair and not noticing—then the bare leg could scratch the floor. My previous brand was listed as the same size, but it fit a little tighter around the top and stayed on better. If your chair legs are slightly larger and keep these snug, they’ll probably be perfect. For my chair legs, I’ll be going back to the older brand next time.

These have been used long enough for me to praise them. They fit like a charm. Make sure you get the right size, to begin with. They slide easilty (not for carpets). They won’t come off. Great product.
