This is a great comprehensive work on marriage as a whole. Lots of little golden nuggets throughout, so I would recommend reading it from start to finish even if the chapter topic may not be relevant to your situation. Definitely not an in-depth study on different aspects of marriage, but it does touch upon all the key aspects. Highly recommend regardless of your marital status.

Very well written! Practical advice from a scholar aware of the marriage issues facing Western Muslims. I ended up reading the whole thing in about a day. Must read for anyone married, or considering to start spouse searching.

FYI this is a book to read before marriage, not after. It is mainly focused on picking a spouse, not making the marriage you have better.
