Solid and easy to adjust to wrist. Just as described. Not sure if it would do anything for pain but I just received them will see. Love the color goes well with my skin tone. The price was decent.

These bracelets are attractive and look great or worn separately. I did notice that one of them was slightly larger than the others, but it was easy to bend it into conformity.

Horrible would not recommend have to return. They are black and look moldy. Haven’t even took them out the bag.

In less than 30 days they turned brown. Cheap copper or little copper. List it's shine.
