Extremely Poor Packaging
It has been an upsetting delivery experience; the expensive LEGO set I purchased was not shipped in a box, just some wrapping film around its original LEGO pack which was received torn and damaged!

Perfectly as Expected Transaction
I was very nervous about buying Lego from a 3rd party, based on issues others have had from buying from individuals, but this was a seamless transaction. The box shipped in the original brown outer, cardboard box from Lego and that protected the colorful box art (this was a gift). Everything met expectations and the set was complete and unopened.
