I used to get RX meds for my occasional tummy upset. This works as well for occasional constpation, loose bowels, and cramps. I keep some with me at all times, pop a couple under my tongue and the problem is gone in minutes. I highly recommend it for occasional use.

I have to say in the last 10 years I’ve tried every over the counter pill there is for IBSD from the $100 pills to the $20 pills and nothing seems to work then I read a review on a well known brand where the women said that didn’t work and she’s going back to TRP ibs therapy as I had never heard of this product I decided to do some research and read some reviews and thought for $7 what do I have to lose.So I started to take one a day and after 4 days it seemed like it’s just like all the others but I said to my self I will give it 2 weeks to see if it will work and after 7 days bang it kicked in and after being on them for about 3weeks I feel like iam cured ,regular movements once a day ,no fear of going out,and no more worrying about where the nearest bathroom is.I know it won’t work for everyone but if you do try them please give it time to work I only take 1 a day but what a difference. Highly recommended.

This seems to be helping when I'm having a mild flare up. If I'm having a severe flare up it doesn't seem to do much. It does seem to help but it's really all about diet. I will continue to use this however because it's better than using nothing at all.

Works as intended .

I like the product but takes a long time to receive it.
