This trash can has the following quality items: (1) the color is not painted black, but a beautiful metallic black stainless that matches my LG major appliances, (2) there is a gasket around the door to prevent odors from escaping, (3) the inner removeable basket prevents any leaks, (4) very quiet operation, (5) large opening 15.0"X6.5", (6) rubber feet to prevent scratching of the floor.

Had a hard time finding a 13 gal sensor trash can with a bin. Most had the ring or were only step cans. I like the darker stainless look.

The trash can looks nice, blends in with most decors. The motion detector works well but an occasional second pass may be required. It is a little tight putting a 33 gal. trash bag over the lip of the inner can. This product is on the pricy side, time will tell if it holds up, but does seem well made. Requires fewer batteries than most and the batteries are included. If you touch open the lid you must touch close it. We like it.The symbols where to touch to open/close wear off quickly, just mark the spot with a dab of nail polish.

Our last trash can broke and needed a replacement. We bought this one because of the motion operation. It works perfectly and stays cleaner than our last trash can. The bag fits better inside as well.

The design is awesome, I really like that there is a rubbermaid bin that fits inside that you put the garbage bag in. You just take the top off and pull the bin out. No struggling to get the bag out. But gosh it is expensive.

So glad we bought this. Looks and works perfectly.
