Jump, Frog, Jump!

The patterned text and predictable pictures (for the next animal encounter)are excellent for young listeners and beginning readers. The color/blackand white pages also have a predictable pattern. After teaching kindergarten for over31 years, I've never found a group of children that didn't quickly chime in,"Jump, Frog, Jump." This is a favorite book to share. It is also fun to dramatize.

My 1st grader and I enjoy reading this classic together. It's repetitive with "jump frog jump," which makes it so fun to read aloud together or as a group.

This is one of our favorite books as a family. My babies loved being read this book. We had it for so long in just board book format that I finally bought the hardback paper book so that my elementary age kids who still like to read it won't feel "babyish".

Classic book that's very cute! My husband loved this book when he was young, so we purchased it for our 2 young children and they love it just as much as daddy!! They love saying the "jump frog jump" part in the book. This book is fun and very entertaining!

Great book my son is eager to see what happens with the frog. Repeative so this is a must for early language learners.

Received this book a few days before grandchildren arrived. The book is nicely illustrated and is written so that the children can participate by telling the frog to "jump" on each page. Cute.
