Handy to have freeze dried raspberries . I use for cake making and in drinks. Fresh raspberries go off so quickly. Bought in November 25, best before date July 2027.

very good, the raspberry can be a rather flavourless fruit so the added crunch from the freeze-dried process, it moves from an also-run to strawberry levels of delight. try them an see.

Used these to make raspberry chocolate cookies and they were perfect. The color and texture were amazing. The taste was just as expected.

I bought these raspberries to use as a treat for my companion bird (Lesser-suphur crested Cockatoo). She enjoys these freeze-dried fruits a great deal. As I'm assembling her food tray early in the morning I offer her a piece of freeze-dried raspberry which she gently picks up from my hand and eagerly eats. The raspberries come in a clear plastic container with a screw-on metal lid. This protects the fruits from falls, spills and plunder (when Charly manages to grab the food container). The advertised 2 year shelf-life is a nice feature, although one can lasts about 3-5 months. I have to restrain myself from eating even one piece of the fruit - I can't stop at just one and can easily consume half the container once I get started on them.
