Great for my dog who’s allergic to fish
After feeding one of my dogs fish oil for years we finally discovered she was allergic to fish and had to stop her supplementation. She’s had lots of issues with pancreatitis so I was nervous to try a new oil but since she’s fed a home cooked keto diet I had to figure out some way to add fat to her food. I came across the Fera oil and I nervously eased her into a full serving per day and so far so good! She eats it right up so she has no complaints! It smells a lot better than the fish oil to me. My only complaint is that it drips after you pour it and so you have to wipe down the bottle so you don’t have residue pool under it in the fridge. I think a bottle top with a dropper would be a great addition.

Not good enough for humans. Why?
Great organic algae oil, I wish there was a similar product for humans. I asked the company whether humans could consume this and they said no. I don't know why, but it made me suspicious on why is it not clean enough for humans but it is clean enough for pets. I treat my pets better than I treat humans. The other issue I have with this oil is that my dog doesn't like it. I don't smell anything weird and she is not the picky eater, so....I don't know.

High quality product
I did a lot of research and this product came up as one that would provide the benefits of omega-3 but not trigger pancreatitis which was important to me as my dog has aihstory of this. Initially I used a syringe to put it directly into my dog's mouth but my vet said this might upset his stomach. One day he wasn't eating his food so I thought to just squirt it from the syringe directly onto his food. I did this and he started eating right away so I use that delivery method now. He is very picky and sometimes doesn't want to eat but if I use a spook and hand feed him (he is a very small dog) I can usually get him to eat. He seems more energetic and generally better off since using this. I haven't seen any ngative effects that I can point to as of now.

AVOID - FLAXSEED OIL not 100% Algae oil
Purchased Fera Pets - Plant Based Omega 3s, 6, 9 - for Dogs after being told by our Vet that Algae Oil would be good for our older dogs arthritis. After two days of giving our pup 1/2 the recommended dose with her dinner she began vomiting the next morning and has continued vomiting for nearly 48 hours despite us having discontinued this product. There have been no other changes in her diet, treat, or exposure to other dogs outside our household. Our Vet reviewed this product and told us to discontinue it because FLAXSEED OIL can cause diarrhea and vomiting in dogs!! from the attached picture her food is not leaving her stomach and is not being digested as she is throwing up partially digested food 5-6 hours after eating. AND I am now freaking out because after reading online I've found that FLAXSEED OIL can contain cyanide! I'm terrified that I've poisoned my dog by giving her this product and plan to send this product for compound testing. I am furious at this vendor for mis-representing this product as "Marine Algae oil" being the first thing listed in the name when in fact FLAXSEED OIL appears to be the primary ingredient on the bottle label. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT for your pets!

Amazing product!
I totally love this product. It is expensive tho and doesn’t last much since I have to give my dog 3 tsp but it’s helping my dog. A friend recommended it for my dog who suffers from dry skin and coat. After only a week of taking this supplement, I can feel a difference in her coat. She had rough hair in areas of her body that now feel softer to the touch. Very happy overall I just wish it was more affordable

Life changing for my dog. Unbelievable straightforward concept that has been overlooked until now. Bypass the fish completely.

It's great to have a vegan source of Omega 3 for my dog. She does eat fish, but this helps cut back on the amount we buy. I try to be more conscientious about what we're doing to the planet. However, the price is so high, I'm shopping around for another brand.

My dog (11 yes) loves the taste of this oil, and we are seeing positive health benefits in him. Unfortunately Amazon increased the price of the product by almost $20! Bought it twice at $29 previously, now it sells for $49 a bottle!!! Looking elsewhere to purchase, since I have to buy this every other month.

I was recommended by my vet to give my dog omegas for her joints. I was happy to find this as a vegan alternative to fish oil. My dog absolutely loves this stuff!
