This is a very effective way to ice your entire hand. I have bad tendonitis throughout both my hands and icing all the areas isn't possible with traditional wraps. There is always one part that doesn't get the same attention or I have to use my hand to keep it in place. I also have to still keep up with my 5 year old. This helps me still have use of my fingers if I need but also quickly and effectively ices the areas I need. This does get SUPER cold but it doesn't burn your skin. Just expect your hand to be iced quickly if you keep it in the freezer.

Like the item and I have felt some benefits from the ice side of things, have not used the heat aspect but I can only imagine it works just as well. Very happy with the purchase and the therapeutic effects

I'm not sure why they don't sell these in pairs. It's SO expensive to buy 2 of these. So beware, if you have rheumatoid arthritis, or some other medical condition where you need them for both hands, you're going to have to spend twice as much.They don't stay cold as long as they need to, but they do offer some comfort in the short-term, about 10 minutes at a time. I had to cut the velcro off completely. I'm not sure why it's there to begin with. It's not like you can do anything while you're wearing these, so they aren't going to fall off in normal circumstances. The velcro is just an annoying extra thing that really has no purpose, other than to annoy and frustrate. The velcro is too strong for my daughter (18 yo) to even want to try to use it, so it had to go.I will say that when she gets to a point that nothing will take her pain away, she gets these out, and they do ease the pain enough for her to think around the pain. For that, I am thankful, and is the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 3. We haven't tried them for heat because her rheumatologist told her to use cold.

This thing gets COLD!!! My fingers get inflamed fairly often to the point where an ice pack will make them feel better. I threw this on my hand and it worked great. It molds around your fingers for maximum efficiency and i could only keep it on for a few minutes. Also doubles as an ice pack for other areas, so it definitely gets a work out in my house

I've trained in martial arts for decades and lately have started boxing training. I've beaten up my hands alot and almost kept my hand specialist/ orthopedist on speed dial. He told me to routinely ice my hands after every training but I wasn't diligent about it. I was really excited when I saw these gloves and thought it would be an easy way to be compliant. On the plus side the glove is easy to use, well made and comfortable. On the negative side I don't think a therapeutic level of cold lasted more than 5 minutes before it felt just cool. Still, I'm still going to buy a second one for my other hand because it just makes it so easy to ice my hands which I need to do on a very regular basis. If the cold lasted an honest 15-20 minutes I'd be giving it an enthusiastic 5 stars.

Ok I am in my 70’s. And for a woman I worked hard and overused and abused my hands knees etc. There is also well earned arthritis everywhere! My right hand ring finger is now 2 sizes larger from where it was 2 months ago after trimming wild bushes with pruners. I ordered this glove and put itt in the freezer. The next morning I could nearly close my right hand. I am using it daily and seeing improvements. You can put it in the microwave but be careful how long you leave it is. It will burn. The only thing I would improve is the Velcro strap which 2 men and a small boy to pull it open!

The Velcro wristband is impossible to use. The Velcro is terrible—it won’t come apart. Also, glove does not stay cold very long.

Compression and cold were good but so short lived and it takes at least 2 hours in the freezer to use again

Not easy to find ice packs that cover both. Velcro is, as the kids say, “agro,” which is likely far too hard to undo for anyone needing this sort of product but you (or someone whose hands still work!) can just chop off 2/3’s of it with scissors. Icy function comes on a little stronger than I would love & seems a little short-lived but given how easy these are to use & they exist for quite a good price AND you can still use your phone / a pencil if u apply yourself, I really shouldn’t be complaining.

Bestellt habe ich mir die Handschuhe zusammen mit Kältesocken und Kältekappe für die Chemotherapie.Die Lieferung habe ich sofort bei hochsommerlichen Themparaturen anprobiert und ohne sie zuvor in den Kühlschrank gelegt zu haben kühlten die Handschuhe sofort. Die Handschuhe bestehen aus weichem Stoff, der Gelkammern umschließt. Bis auf die Nähte gibt es rundherum Kühlung. Sie erfüllen ihren Zweck voll und ganz. Der Klettverschluss am Handgelenk kann fest geschlossen werden, ist aber eigentlich nicht notwendig, weil die Handschuhe allein schon sehr gut und fest durch das Gel an den Fingern und der Hand sitzen.Meine Hände haben Handschuhgröße 6-7, weshalb ich mir die Größe S bestellt habe. Sie paßt perfekt.Achtung!!!! Pro Pack gibt es immer nur einen Handschuh. Wer also für beide Hände einen Handschuh benötigt, muss sich 2 Packs bestellen.
