For the price this is fantastic
This is my first espresso machine, so this review is having never made an espresso before and I have nothing to compare it to. That being said, I have been churning out absolutely delicious lattes and affogatos for my whole family with it for a couple of weeks and I am hooked. For a low cost entry to the world of espresso this is fantastic and worth a buy.Pros:PriceEasy to useMakes really good espressoLooks stylishHas a decently sized water reservoirThe "two cup" espresso is just about perfect for lattesCons:-Milk steamer is quite loud-Doesn't seem to have a way to tell you when the water is out, you'll just not get your espresso-if you overfill the coffee into the puck it's quite hard to fully close the handle-the instruction manual is terrible, tons of grammatical errors- a tall coffee cup doesn't fit- it's a little confusing to use until you realize that blinking lights mean wait until it heats up properlyUpdate: I've now had this for almost a year and it is still fantastic. I make at least one if not two lattes every single day with this machine, so I've probably made at least 400. The only issue I've had is it started leaking at one point, after probably 300 espressos. I thought that would be the end of it, but I "descaled" it by running vinegar through it and that completely fixed it back to normal. This is a really great machine.

Great Purchase and Reliable
I've been using this Espresso machine for about four months now. It has held up well and has made me around 100-125 double shot espressos. For the price of this machine it's an amazing deal. For the price of 20 $5 espressos I've saved myself hundreds of dollars.Steamer works great also give me nice hot frothy milk.Update: I bought a bottomless portafiler and non non-pressurized basket. It works well with the machine and takes full advantage of the 15 bars. I'm able to get decent shots with this. However, I'm still tuning my grind.Update 2: about a year after purchasing, I can say this machine is worth every cent. It's saved me roughly $3640 when compared to buying the same drink I make every day. It's a work horse for sure.

Not the best, but good for the price.
I purchased this after using a similar Breville device that costs about 10x more. This one isn't quite as nice, but when taking the cost into account, it's a great deal. I'd say it has about 70% of the function at 10% of the cost. We've been using it almost daily for several months, and it's still going strong. The only complaint I have is that the instructions are not detailed enough. It took us some time to learn the proper sequence of operating the controls to achieve desired results. The controls are not as intuitive as they are in the Breville machine. I suspect that some of the problems I'd read about in other reviews were due to people not yet having figured out the proper sequence of buttons to push and knobs to turn.

Don't last but 3 months
It works great for 3 months then it quits working. I'm on my fourth one. The first one was replaced free of charge. Then Amazon replaced one that quit before 30 days. Then I bought another one and the extended warranty for 21 dollars. When it died after 90 days the seller never responded so Asurion refunded my money. Then got another with another extended warranty for 21 dollars. I just need to invest in a good brand name one obviously.

Easy to use, consistent results
The media could not be loaded. Bought this as a Christmas present to myself. I’ve never owned an espresso machine before. I was previously using an aeropress, standard coffee pot, or bottled cold brew. Let’s be honest, I was hitting the drive thru pretty regularly.I rarely go through a drive thru anymore. And if I do I get a snack and come home to make coffee because mine is better. This machine is easy to use, simple, and heats up pretty quickly. The milk steamer works well also though I typically go for an iced americano. If using the milk steamer, be sure to remove the metal tube piece and thoroughly clean the metal spout. There will be hard milk build up even after just one use!Otherwise we have had no issues now 3 months into ownership.

Good entry level machine
I wanted to make espresso but didn’t want to spend a ton of money when I’d never done it before. This has been a great option. When it first arrived it didn’t seem to be working—the water line was empty. I had to run it four or five times to prime the water line before it would actually build pressure and work properly. Not a complaint, just a tip for anyone else.

Cheap and works well
I bought the high end machine but the frother was very loud, so i ended up not using it. Since i love my coffee the morning, so try to buy cheap ones, for me if it doesn’t work at least it doesn’t hurts my pocket that much. But to my surprise this machine works good and makes a perfect cappuccino. Now we are not using a instant coffee anymore.

Five Stars Because At This Price-Point, It's A Very Respectable Espresso Machine
This is the first espresso machine I've owned, so I'm a complete novice. I quickly was able to make espresso and steam milk for cappuccino with a very small learning curve. The espresso feature is perfect, however the steam/frothing feature could produce thicker foam, however, I only tried it once, and I think with a little practice I could produce better foam in my milk. The only really negative thing I have to say about this espresso machine is the manual doesn't explain the features in much detail, and there are a ton of grammatical errors and spelling mistakes. I realize this was written by someone in China, but they need to get a proofreader who knows the English language well!

cumple bien!

Good, But Leaks / Bueno, Pero Gotea
ENUPDATEI had problems with the milk frother leaking, even though I don't use it and had checked that it was fully off. The seller didn't want to help so I've had to return it. Pity.PROSCoffee taste is pretty good for a home machine. Not much in the way of real crema but the taste is rich and isn’t bitter. (I use a custom blend of local Mexican beans ground very finely.)Looks pretty good and doesn’t take up much bench space. The custom volume settings work well EXCEPT they are not retained if the unit is unplugged! It has plenty of pressure to push through even the finest, well-packed coffee loads.CONSThe cord is too short to reach under-counter outlets. It needs an extra 30cm/1ft.The machine didn’t work first few tries, just finished up beeping 5 times and stopping. Removed and replaced the water reservoir a couple of times and it started working. (I saw the tip about using the milk frother to prime the pump later.)The custom volume settings are not retained if the unit is unplugged which is very annoying. It doesn’t distribute coffee even to two cups. The left side gets about twice as much as the right. (Yes, the machine was on a level surface.) This isn’t a concern for me personally, tho.The porta-filters don’t get held in the handle by anything and often end up in the grounds bin or the sink. The cup warmer does absolutely nothing. It doesn’t even get warm to touch unless the machine is left on for a long time. The “Using Manual” is kinda useless.I think this is a decent machine, especially if you get it for a reduced price.

Don’t waste your money
I purchased this machine as there were a lot of good reviews….. I should’ve looked at the bad reviews because as soon as I opened it up it did not work. Water would not pump through, after hours of reading through the manual (which had a lot of spelling mistakes, bad sign) and trying everything I gave up. Seems this is a common problem, returned and got a nespresso way better quality and haven’t had any issues
