Always keeps me “moving” … LOL.

Stir product in 8 oz cool water and down asap. I use a straw to help avoid it hitting my taste buds as much as possible. If you let it sit it will turn into sludge and then good luck downing that. I take this one hour before dinner. Before bed I down another dose of their 4 capsules. Has helped somewhat but not back to old school normal.

This product delivers what it advertises. I've taken it for years every night. I highly recommended it to family members.

I’ve needed Metamucil for decades, it still works well. Keeps me regular, reduces problems down there. We all must figure out our own dose, the label is questionable. The taste of this version I find annoying, I must mix it with the berry flavored version that’s harder to find. I know a G.I. doctor who prefers Konsyl, but that nasty stuff tastes like shredded wood chips, what good is slightly better if we can’t stand it? 😺 I’ll stick with Metamucil.
