This Itty Bitty Device Helped Me
I was skeptical of these types of sinus devises but after a sinus surgery & Eustachian tube surgery didn’t bring long term relief to congested sinuses thought I’d give this a try. My sinuses started draining within less than 10 minutes of using it. Directions say to use it 3 times a day for 15 minutes per session. I sometimes just use it once for 30 minutes. Same results. No pain. Unit stays charged for days depending on how much you use it. I don’t need to use decongestants when I use this. Highly recommended for chronic sinusitis sufferers.Note: the leads are enclosed in the base of the unit/case but you have to pry off the bottom to get to them. There’s a tiny notch to help pry it open. (This part of the unit needs to be reconfigured.)

Seller stands by their product
*EDIT* The seller is excellent. They reached out about my concerns and were able to make things right. They gave me a lot of valuable information as well. I can’t say if it will work for my issue, but I can definitely say if you’re going to buy one of these devices, this is the one to go with. I’ve never had a company deal with an issue so well. Definitely recommend now*Original review*I’ve been desperate for relief with my post-nasal drip. I was recommended to purchase one of these units. The price compared to the quality is very questionable. It’s very small and feels cheap. It’s easy to use, but I haven’t had any relief after weeks of use.

Doesn't Turn On
After ordering what I hoped to be the solution to me seasonal allergies I was so disappointed to find that the device doesn't turn on.It shows that there is a full charge, followed instructions, to no avail. I hope to update my review if the seller responds to my request for assistance.

3 Stars for Company Issuing Refund For Non-Working Defective Device
This device was Defective and did Not Work From Day One. After missing return window by only one day (I was in hospital), left an honest review of experience and company contacted me to initiate a full refund. Refund was then issued promptly and that courtesy is appreciated. 3 Stars for Good Business Practice.

It's working, but case is a joke
Took a while to find out how to open that black case, had to use a skrew driver. It's deffinately not for nails. It should be re-designed.

I had high hopes for this!
I truly love Red Light therapy and think it can work wonders for many things. I have several devices for pain and they really help. I thought this might be the help I needed for what has become a chronic sinus infection. Sadly, it isn't. The little silicone shields don't stay on. I had one get stuck inside my nose. Since I am the only user, I decided to skip them. The device will not stay seated in my nostrils. It falls right out unless I hold it in. Even with the covers the device slipped out. It's a design issue IMHO. If these were not on a metal clip but individual probes, they might work better. The clamping them together just doesn't work.

There's light in my nose
Not sure if it works but the product is comfy and works as listed.Pro tip: I wear a hoodie and keep it in my front pocket and it doesn't even think about falling out. Also, the j structions say nothing about the little plastic covers. I get that it's common sense but they aren't even listed on what it comes with.

I'm glad I bought this!!!
I use 30 minutes a day most days. My sinus are opened up and draining good. I breath through my nose better when sleeping. I also use sinus rinse packet in warm water in bottle while in the shower morning and night. All this made huge difference in sinus problems. I stopped all sinus medication and only use when needed. One last thing. Use saline sinus spray or saline nasel gel on Q-tip every day, and drink plenty of water.
