Reliable, fast, plays any game my son has thrown at it. Looks good too. I was a bit worried about the reviews that said the wifi on it was no good but for us it's been absolutely fine!

Got this for my child as Christmas present. From day one the WiFi connection continually drops off when trying to load any game. I contacted customer service who were speedy in responce but simply offered to send a replacement 2.0 usb WiFi adaptor. That came through within a few days 👍🏻 but yet again no difference. I contacted support again who basically said you will need to connect to a wired Ethernet cable. For reference we have a Xbox located next to the pc and a switch and neither is wired and have no issues picking up the WiFi router which is only located on the floor below about 6 feet directly below the pc.Hugely disappointed as my son basically doesn’t use it at all now given the constant drop out, not loading and having to reset is WiFi connection by “forgetting” the network then rejoining with no garuntee of how long the connection will last.Strangely on the rare occasion, it does allow you to play for an hour or so however every single time the computer shuts down or goes into standby we end up at the same process all over againWhen this pc works it’s perfectly fine but the constant problem with WiFi means I defo would avoid this product in future and if this computer had to be Ethernet connected in the first place I would not have purchased this product. Very disappointed.

It's ok but I still can't fully use it because i just got an ethernet cable but I still can't get orconnects to any internet Commections and I still don't know what to do.

My daughter was so happy at Christmas and set it up for her and everything worked fine but after a month of playing games the PC makes a loud noise where the fans are and is very annoying it’s that loud. I need to take it to a computer shop now to find out what’s wrong with it. I would avoid buying this as its only been a month where I had no problem

No system recovery files on it,No Windows 10 Pro software installation disk with it,which by law there is supposed to be one in the box there
