I love this changing table pad. It fits great on our 3 sided pad, and it is super soft. If I had to pick a complaint, it would be that my baby loves to try and roll over to grab Mickey. This does have the slits for the straps, though, so I can strap him down if need be. It also has a nice, thick elastic all the way around which makes for a great fit and hold.

He can be crying and I’ll go to change his diaper and when I lay him on this, no clue why but he stops crying and just lays there. He loves it.

We have a Little Mermaid-themed nursery, and this cover was a great touch. The fabric's pattern is subtle and not overwhelming at all. It is soft and has withstood many washings.
