I ordered checks on 8/14/2023. They were sent with WRONG account printed. I had paid $134.54 for them. I returned them & the seller / amazon gave me $0.01 ( ONE PENNY) refund. Seller is charging $134.53 as "RE-STOCKING FEE". They are saying I CANCELLED the order !!! I did not cancel any order. Plus, no where did I read that there will be a "re-stocking fee". And why should there be any re-stocking fee if a mistake was made on printing !!! Since 8/24/2023 ( today is 9/11/2023) I have contacted Amazon 7-8 times to complain about the seller & refund of one penny. I have talked on live chat, On the phone. Talked to amazon supervisors. One even finally assured me that they were refunding me the total amount. NOTHING !!!!As for the quality of the checks ??? CHEAP !!! Very thin paper. Poor printing !!! You would be better buying blank checks & printing your own on a printer.I have minimum 18 banks for my company that I need checks for. DEFINATELY NOT going thru this company or even AMAZON !!!

Super thin paper and poor quality B&W printing made our company logo look terrible. The paper is so flimsy that the perforations hardly help when trying to fold and tear the sections. The price was low at least.
