This breast pump is very helpful, effective and user friendly. Quality and design is great. Pumping is good and suction is same as natural feeding. Soft cushion gives more comfort. Easily adjustable stimulation settings, makes much easier. It helped my wife to increase milk flow. Highly recommended to every mom.

I bought the electric pump two months ago and am fully dependent on it for milk for my newborn. However, it has started malfunctioning now as shown in the video I have uploaded. Sometimes it works for 10-15minutes before malfunctioning and the other times it just doesn’t start. I went through their manual and changed the cable, adapter and plug point to rule out any power supply related issues, as mentioned in the manual, but it still didn’t work. Then I tried contacting customer support, whose number is not available anywhere on the internet. The phone number given on their website doesn’t work. It took me 4days to finally get a number that works. They registered my complaint and told me a technician would contact me within 4 hours. However, it has been 4 days with no sign of the technician. I called up the customer support two more times but they keep saying the technician will contact me. Like I mentioned before, I am solely dependent on this pump for my baby’s food and this is how Philips is providing zero support. This product is supposed to have 2 years warranty but what is the point if no technician is available to resolve issues? I am absolutely disappointed with how my issue is just kept pending for so many days in spite of me explaining the criticality. I have absolutely lost trust in Philips.

The electric breast pump is very good for mothers and it saves lot of time and the suction power is very good and works very smoothly on breast been using since week it's awesome and the results are top notch and definitely easy to carry and best for working mothers and mothers who are not able to breast feed directly , totally love it and it's worth purchasing and it's travel friendly and I use it even my baby sleep

I bought this Pump for my wife, and we have a newborn baby. This pump has helped her a lot. It is very gentle and comfortable with the soft silicone cushiont it is easy to clean and carry. Her milk flow became better, and she feels less pain. Our baby gets milk on time, and we feel happy and stress-free.

Best breast pump available in the market for new mom as it is very easy to use and work as described .Also this is very compact so we can carry it very easily in bag. It has 4 different different modes so we can use as per our requirement. You can also use it other side while breastfeeding your baby

I ordered it due to the brand name, despite being quite expensive. I was new to breastfeeding and had sore breast, i was already using luvlap pump which is 2k cheaper and is way more efficient. But since I didn't know any better, I ordered this. Cons: 1. Wired, hence you will have to sit near a plug point, which definitely cant be close to your sleeping baby as the vibration make wake the baby. 2. No automatic switch from stimulation to expressing, you have to do that manually and if you have never used a breast pump before, it will be very confusing in the beginning. 3. Comes with a bottle with cap and without nipple, so you will have to buy extra bottles for the nipple, bottles are good but expensive too. 4. Doesn't express milk as effectively as Luvlap since the levels are just 4 in this pump. 5. Has backflow of milk so some of it will spill when you remove the pumping attachment from the bottle. Pro: 1. Less noisy 2. Elegant looking Final verdict Not worth it, but Luvlap or promom instead

Didn’t work at all, no suction was formed. Better to consider Medela pumps.

Useless not working at all we choose is because it good brand but unfortunately not working properly
