Is it possible to purchase additional dividers for this lunch box?

I'm not sure you would have to contact the company. Or check the website and see if extra dividers are available. The divider that comes,with it is adjustable.

How does this keep the food cold if no there’s no ice pack attachment?

Good question! The box tray is double layered & air insulated, so it can keep the food cool for a little bit. But if you need something really cold, just drop in a small ice pack in the long or short compartments!

Whats a good bag for this ?

This isn't a large lunch box, so just about any lunch bag will do. Everything I have though is slimmer. So the lunch box will lay on its side. I don't have a bag that allows it to lay flat.

Has the thermos ever been to small?

We have never had a return for that reason. My kids love these boxes and the thermos has just the right amount of room for a nice hot lunch
