After leaving my initial review, the seller reached out right away to make things right, which I found extremely professional and thoughtful. They even offered me a full refund, but I preferred to receive a replacement instead.Just one day later, Amazon delivered a brand new steamer to my door. I’ve since tried it out, and it works perfectly as intended. It’s easily foldable and compact, making it especially convenient for travel. The steamer is a nice, lightweight steamer suitable for travel, but I use it at home, too. It’s easier than using an iron for most jobs. I’m impressed with effectiveness.

This works well and folds well for travel. My one minimal gripe is figuring out the best way to drain out the water to put away for storage. There are some little nooks that water gets trapped in, so I have to let that portion sit out to air dry for an extended period of time.

Bought this for an overseas wedding band it worked perfectly!Great amount of steam. Didn’t think the glove would be handy but ended up using for a thin dress.Good value, good steam and decent reservoir.

Great steamer, easy to use and heats up fast. It’s nice that it folds up so it takes up less space.

This is a great steamer. You can use it flat like an iron or vertically. Does not drip, and puts out a lot of steam. Kind of heavy for travel, but it works great.

I purchased a steamer for $18.99 from Aldi‘s a few years ago and it was the best steamer ever! I was so disappointed when it stopped working. When I saw this one, it had decent reviews, but I must say I was not impressed by it, efficiency in removing wrinkles, like my other cheaper steamer. And the water tank is half the size yet this steamer was double the price! I’m not saying it doesn’t work at all. It does remove wrinkles. It just takes longer and I have to fill the tank again because it runs out! I do however, like the handle and how easy it is to holdI feel like I overpaid and was underwhelmed by this product and of course timeframe to return it ended so I was unable to get something else.

Perfect for travel in Europe. Works very well and quickly!
